The site

This site is published by AEOSearch, LLC. The words, photographs and code on it are ours or licensed to us. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy its design or its images into another site.

The offer

A first look within 48 hours means: within 48 hours of your idea landing, you receive one live address with the first screen of the property on it. The first look is free. Nothing is charged until you have seen it and asked us to continue, and a price is quoted in writing before any paid work starts.

Fifteen days to the property depends on the commitment described on the studio page: one person who can say yes, answers inside a day, and your material on the first night. The schedule in your written quote is the one that binds us.

Your idea

You confirm that what you send us is yours to send, and that any live address you give us is one you are allowed to have us look at. We keep it private as the privacy page says.

The work shown here

The properties on this site are ours. Two client builds are described without a name at the clients’ request. Each property’s own site has its own terms; this site does not change them.

Liability

The site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will be available every minute. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reading it. Nothing here limits liability the law does not let us limit.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and an idea already in progress keeps the terms it was sent under.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Oregon, United States, and any dispute is heard in the courts of Oregon.
